How and when I became a stay
I became a STAY in January 2025. I watched Squid Game and after that my whole FYP was full of BigBang videos because of T.O.P. (Thanos Squid Game). Because of that I started listening to BigBang, overall the first time I listened to KPop. Then there was suddenly a reaction to God's Menu and the Felix effect hit me. Now KPop is to 90% the only thing I'm listening to😂

How and when I became a stay
My journey began when I became a STAY in January 2025. It start unexpectedly - when i discovered T.O.P from Big Bang through Squid Game. Soon my FYP was filled with him, and one Video led to another. Then Tiktok showed me a performance : 8 silhouettes, moving like one heartbeat. Dramatic lights, flawless choreography-and one voice that didn´t just sing, it cut through in noise. Blue hair, an angel´s face and a demon tone. That was Felix. But then came hyunjin-all grace and intensity, his movements telling stories without a single word. Together, they pulled me into something i couldn´t ignore. That was the day i became a STAY- and the beginning of something much bigger than i expected.

How and when I became a stay
early 2023 - I stumbled across ‘CIRCUS’ on social media and immediately liked the song. Then I forgot to listen to it again and stumbled across the song again about four weeks later. I listened to Maniac and Back Door and bang! They had me.

I wasn´t doing good when i got into them, but since then i´ve become a bit more confident, started working out again (thanks to Chan´s constant motivations on Bubble) and i´ve met so many amazing people.

How and when I became a stay
Following a recommendation of a friend, I listened to the ‘10 most popular SKZ songs’ on Spotify and I was ‘hooked’. I discovered album after album during my clear-the-mind walks and started to watch the content on the SKZ YouTube channel in the evenings. I was really struggling at the time (early August ‘25) and the music and positive vibe of the band helped to pull me through the mental mess. I’ll never forget this… Therefore my contribution to this project is my way of saying ‘thank you’. SKZ, 감사합니다!
Hobbies
I always juggle a lot of hobbies and interests but for the moment my main interests are this project, going for long walks, trying to learn about K-culture and the Korean language with a group of friends and diving back into reading and art.

What has changed through Stray Kids:
SKZ has influenced my life in a positive way. I’m more self confident, I feel less lonely and I have learned to love again. I’ve found new friends in other Stays.
I’ve picked up my art again and have more strength to pull through if things get difficult.
